For our couches and beds, we use durable pinewood for our framing and high-density foam for superior comfort and support. For woodwork, you can choose from solid wood or wood board options, including pine, oak, ofram, kiaat, and more—allowing you to customize your furniture to match your style and needs.

Shipping & Returns

  • Simple designs ship within 10-15 working days.
  • Custom or multiple-piece orders may take 14-28 working days.
  • Shipping outside Gauteng is arranged based on our next available load, which departs approximately once a month.

We stand by our quality—any defective items can be returned for correction.

Our Warranty

Our products come with a 5-year warranty on the frame, a 2-year warranty on leather, polyester, and foam components, and a 1-year warranty on workmanship. In the unlikely event that any of our products break, we will fix them for you, free of cost. The warranty is subject to the manufacturer’s standard terms and conditions, as well as the terms outlined in our terms of sale.

Payment Options

All payments are currently made via EFT or an Online payment via Paystack after the client agrees to the specifications through WhatsApp. We require a 50% deposit upfront to cover material costs, with the balance due upon completion before delivery. This ensures a smooth and efficient production process for your custom furniture.
